Warranty & Repair

Our warranty guarantees against manufacturer defects . Any manufacturing, design, or material defect is covered, and proof of purchase is required. Within the 90-day warranty period, customers can obtain unlimited free parts replacements. Please note that improper use or other non-manufacturer defects are not covered.

Yes, we offer full and partial refunds.
Please review our Refund policy. -
A refund request can be submitted within a month after the purchase is made. Please ensure that the product is still in the original condition. This means once the plastic wrap has been removed, the product is only qualify for a partial refund.

In the case when theproduct and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligiblefor a full refund.
In the case when the packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you are eligiblefor a partial refund.
In the case when a product has been damaged, and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you are not eligible for a refund.

When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.

If you changed your mind about your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. In case your order has not been shipped, we will cancel your order immediately and your order will be refunded. If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately we can not cancel your order anymore, and you have to return your order back to our warehouse.
