so you tried to d/l the manual pdf we provide for free and I guess there was a problem the d/l never started and you felt you needed to leave this 1 star review.. ok..
alternatively you could have emailed us ...and we could send you the pdf file... this way you don't need to leave this 1 star review and you also get the manual pdf file... isn't it better that way?
