Very happy with the customer service
I had written a 3 star review previously (that I have since removed) because I was unsure if the part was actually coming after over 2 weeks of waiting. The day I posted the review, the part arrived and worked perfectly. It made my son's day as he thought he had ruined his project when he broke the part. It's a great service that Unicorn offers and I plan to purchase another one of their STEM toys in the future. The wait was due to the fact that the part had to come from the factory, which Unicorn had warned me of, but I had forgotten. Thank you for the great product and great service.
